1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship to destinations within the European Union as well as select international locations worldwide. Shipping fees are determined by the destination and total order value:
Within the European Union (EU)
(Includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, the Netherlands, and 47 other EU countries)
Orders from €0.00 to €149.00: €9.00 (Fast shipping)
Orders of €150.00 and above: Free shipping
Rest of the World
(Includes Australia, Canada, the United States, and other selected international destinations)
Flat Shipping Rate: €25.00 (Fast shipping 3-7 Days)
2. Delivery Times
Within the EU: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, it will be dispatched via our Fast shipping service. While exact delivery windows vary by country, we aim to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
Rest of the World: For international shipments outside the EU, we offer an expedited delivery timeframe of 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: For international orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Track & Trace
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the courier, you will automatically receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow the live progress of your shipment and view the estimated delivery time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or reach out to our customer support team.
